Flawless & impeccable skin tips

Flawless & impeccable skin tips

Hey!

I’d like to give you a couple of tips that will fast-track your way to get a clean and flawless complexion. Although it may sound surprising, youthful-looking skin is easy to achieve. You just have to expose it to the right treatments, which can be pretty problematic sometimes. Luckily, I have a few pieces of advice for you that will help you achieve this beauty goal easily. After reading my post, you will learn a couple of rules to follow in order to get yourself luscious and impeccable skin.

Find out what works for your skin

The beauty of your face is determined by the way you treat it on a day-to-day basis, what skin care products you use and whether it’s supplied with a substantial daily portion of nutrients. The face skin looks pretty and lovely if it’s treated well and gently. Keep it shielded from the sun and other harmful factors. Keep it hydrated too. Once you start exposing the skin to the right treatments, you can expect it to be resilient, smooth, irritation-free and most of all enviable.

What does your skin need?

This is the most important question you should ask yourself. Without knowing the answer, you won’t be able to find the right skin treatments. To make it easier for you, let me tell you that normal skin needs gentle and natural cosmetics that don’t disturb it (note: the cosmetics that irritate the skin, strips its good condition off, so to say). Dry skin has to be treated with moisturizers that penetrate the skin deeply and prevent dehydration. In this particular case, try finding the cosmetics enriched with hyaluronic acid, urea and plant oils. Finally, oily skin doesn’t need any dehydrating agents! Actually, the excessive oil secretion should reduce once you start replenishing the skin with water. Application of harsh cleansers on a daily basis may encourage the oily glands to produce more sebum, which is pretty bad. Therefore, it’s better to go for gentle washers.

I’d recommend you to give cosmetic clay a go. This natural substance is able to hydrate your skin and restore skin’s pH. There is one skin type that is exceptionally troublesome to take care of – the combination skin. As the name speaks for itself, it combines various skin types, which in this particular case is oily and normal skin. This in turn forces you to expose the face to two types of treatments – where it shines, you have to deal with the hyperactive oily glands, whereas the remaining skin areas must be treated with moisturizers. Obviously, I’ve presented you with four basic skin types, however, you have to know that there are more of them.

Best skincare routine

Each skin type needs to be exfoliated, moisturized and protected from the sun. This being said, you may now be wondering how to build the best skincare routine. Here is how.

Makeup removal first. This is the basics! Resigning from taking makeup off at the end of a day is literally the worst thing that you could do to your face. At night the skin carries out its self-healing processes which are disturbed by a layer of color cosmetics. Even if you remove the makeup, but you do this in a slapdash way and leave some residues of color cosmetics on the skin’s surface, this also clogs the skin pores and impedes the nighttime skin self-repair. Now let’s think for a while what products you should use in order to go to bed with perfectly clean skin. For example, you can reach for a micellar lotion. However, if you want to go natural, give argan oil a try. This plant oil is able to deal even with heavy and water-proof makeup. Actually, argan oil will also nourish the delicate skin of yours as well as nourish the brows and lashes. What an all-in-one cosmetic, isn’t it?

Deep skin cleansing. Of course, you shouldn’t finish your evening beauty routine with makeup removal because – apart from the color cosmetics – there are numerous other impurities clinging to your face. Before putting the head on a pillow, you just have to remove the impurities unless you want to create a perfect environment for the bacteria to multiply, which consequently leads to breakouts, irritation and even acne. Nasty!

Skin toning makes another crucial point that should be included into everyone’s skin regimen. The majority of skin care products tend to disturb skin’s pH. Luckily, we have a skin toner at our disposal to restore natural pH to the skin. Find a skin toner that suits you best and keep using it even a few times a day.

Eye skin requires special attention. Why so? Because it’s exceptionally delicate. This area of face ages fast and is thin. Therefore, if you want to delay the appearance of wrinkles, you should always apply eye creams. The manner of application also matters. Be gentle while patting the cream with your fingertips.

Now moisturizing. No matter the skin type, dermis needs water! If you want to enjoy impeccable complexion, you can’t forget about the moisturizers. Actually, you can try replenishing your skin with water in two steps. First, begin with some humectant-infused creams and then follow with some vegetable oil to rebuild the hydro-lipid barrier of the skin.

Finally, skin needs nutrients, this is why the food you consume influences the state of your dermis. Without a daily portion of nutrients, the skin won’t be resilient, radiant and… simply beautiful. In order to produce new cells, skin needs vitamins A and E, minerals, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and collagen. Therefore, apart from following a balanced diet, treat your skin to the creams and serums that will supply it with these essential nourishing substances.

Sun protection

All year the skin is exposed to the ultraviolet light, not only on sunny days. Therefore, you should provide the face with high sun protection. Using SPF creams will delay wrinkles and prevent other signs of ageing, including pigmentation spots. If you aren’t comfortable with using SPF creams, you can try vegetable oils. Although their sun protection factor isn’t high, they are able to shield the skin from the adverse effects of the sun exposure.

Dead skin cell removal

It goes without saying, you have to remove dead skin cells regularly if you want to have impeccable complexion. The offer of facial scrubs is pretty wide, so you can choose among enzymatic and mechanical peels. Deeply cleansed skin that is free from dead skin cells needs far less time to carry out the self-repairing processes, has even tone, is smooth and absorbs nutrients faster. And on top of that, a facial scrub boosts blood flow in the skin!
